Course Description
Our Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt program equips professionals with the tools to participate in improvement projects actively. Over 20 hours of blended learning, participants gain hands-on skills in DMAIC, basic statistics, and problem-solving techniques like Pareto and fishbone analysis. This course transforms employees into valuable team contributors who can analyze issues, recommend solutions, and support Green and Black Belt projects.
The Certification class will be delivered via live Zoom, and session recordings will be accessible on our LMS for your review. There will be course work required on the LMS and reference materials available for your review.
